Decorating Your Bathroom With Inspiration From The Great Outdoors

When you are making over your bathroom you can build a beautiful space by using the great outdoors as inspiration. By keeping the space natural, you can blend all of the functions of the room into a single seamless design. By incorporating the elements of nature in your space, you can create any kind of aesthetic that you wish. There is a plethora of ways to pull nature into the space, and here are some ideas to try out.

Seashore
Everyone loves the beach, or at least they love the idea of the beach. To create a beach side atmosphere in your bath, you can start by painting your walls a neutral, light color. The color can have a blue, gray, or brown undertone; all of these colors work with this theme. You can add handmade metal wall art or a wallpaper border to your room, or you may even wish to stencil a border around your space in a seashell or seagull pattern.

You may also have enough detail that you are including in your accessories that dictates blank walls for your space. You can blend your towel rack with your walls, or you can lend some character with a pattern of seashells. You can hang striped towels to remind you of cabanas and beach towels. For a more romantic touch to the bath, you can opt for a garden-inspired theme. Whether that merely translates into floral patterns or producing the actual visual of a garden is your choice. You can choose neutral colors for the wall either in shades of tan, or you may prefer pastel neutrals with a hint of green, yellow or pink. After choosing your wall color, you can pick up on the undertone of your paint color with your accessories.
